so i want to build a tree house…what do i need to know?
i dont want a normal one…it needs to hold alot of weight, me and my sister need it for our vlogs. so it needs to hold equipment and what not, not to mention 2 of us, and other stuff, so lets just say,it needs to hold alot.
how do i build a solid foundation for it?
so if you have pointers, ideas, websites that may help me, that would b great thanks
I’m not sure if your wanting to build a real ” Tree House” that is in an actual tree like the ones I built growing up as a child or what kids are calling “tree-houses” now that are these wooden platforms with slides,ropes,etc…
If your going for the tree:
You will just have to make sure it is really secure both in the tree and on the ground and if you and your friends don’t have any carpentry skills you will need the help of those who do.
If your building the platform type:
You can dig you four holes, put in 4×4 post, level and secure them with cement or tamp them with dirt. put support braces all the way around, start on the flooring joist then cover with plywood all of which treated lumber would be an asset because it will last longer being in touch with the elements directly but you will still need someone with carpentry skills to help you along with even this not to mention the cost of materials.
