Final GCSE Piece Ideas, theme is the landscape.?

I looked briefly the work of Jennifer Pettigrew, Hamish MacDonald and Liz Christmas. The idea that only have come the measure is doing an impression of vinyl houses on a watercolor landscape (in the style of Pettigrew), but I think it would be very exciting, and vinyl to take much time to do it. Does anyone have any idea who can help?

I see some things here you Pettigrew, who is mixed so you could mix things up from the landscape in his work as petals, leaves, grass, sand, MacDonald seemed to use a lot of line to do this perhaps with cakes. Also some of the work of Yule shows a good amount of reps could take a look and patterns in the landscape

I'm thinking of upgrading, still want a Canon 400D or 40D thought. I think it may be excessive 5D?

I have an EOS 300D now, getting a bit old. The 5D is probably a bit expensive for someone of my questionable ability. I might be better to put that extra money in photography classes, yes or no? Probably I'm staying with House House of classes and must wear a surgical mask cursed my past was a private tutor ….. trouble. No more private lessons! Perhaps tutorage can get online, there are sites that do that? Anyway, back to the camera. I have a science (biology) macro background and love, I love the Plasmodium slime molds! You'll also want to use it later for some of our karate tournaments, so I need the speed. Then there's the landscape and portrait as reference to my work. Not to mention my stupid idea might get really good at it. So you can see that I need an SUV. All advice gratefully received.

I kind of siding with perki88 in this case. You'll want a dedicated macro lens anyway, so you buy first and see how your 300D stands. I Nikon 60 mm Macro lens, and think it's a very strong objective utility than macro, but I get about an inch of the field if necessary. Regarding the choice of a camera, although I love to be a playboy swinger myself and get a 5D, I think it is much money to spend on their purposes. If you did not say "macro", even say that you would do well to pick up a 30D, once you see prices begin to fall, I hope to do so. The 30D and 40D are built more tightly than a 400D and – most importantly – they have real spot meter, I could not live without it. The view live in the 40D might make it easier compostion for macro shooting on a tripod, so attractive. I think I read somewhere that you can zoom in on 10x in the live view, so it would even be good for the critical approach. In the U.S., the 30D is falling below U.S. $ 1,000 now. The 40D is of about U.S. $ 1,300. The 400D is around U.S. $ 600-650. The 60 mm macro lens is below U.S. $ 400. A 30D and macro lens of 60 mm which could be a true professional, "but instead reserving the 40D would be a nice upgrade if you can write as much anyway. Home with only the lens, however, in my opinion.
